Village Health & Wellness Clubs have long embraced the newest fitness trends, and with the ultimate challenge on the horizon, Village Gym is excited to partner with HYROX.
As part of this collaboration, Village Gym becomes an official training venue for HYROX competitors, offering HYROX-specific group classes and training sessions that focus on endurance, strength endurance, power, and aerobic fitness.
The new training programme offers participants the chance to work with certified trainers, who will guide them through innovative exercises, fitness challenges, and in-house competitions. Open to anyone over the age of 16 with a basic fitness level, the programme is ideal for those looking for a fresh and exciting workout challenge.
HYROX, first introduced in Germany in 2017, is an inclusive global fitness competition that brings together people from all fitness levels and backgrounds. It challenges participants with a mix of running and eight different strength and endurance exercises. The competition has rapidly grown, now being held in more than 11 countries and over 30 cities worldwide.
The competition is divided into categories such as HYROX Women/Men, HYROX Pro Women/Men, HYROX Doubles, and HYROX Team Relay, ensuring that all fitness enthusiasts can find a category that suits them.
Village Gym’s partnership with HYROX reflects its commitment to providing engaging, competitive training that aligns with its mission of helping people of all fitness levels achieve their goals. For those not ready for the full HYROX race, Race Sim events will be held starting at Village Gym Manchester, Ashton on 10th November, followed by events in Birmingham and London in early 2025.

Village Gym, now an official HYROX Training Club, will introduce HYROX training classes all club locations, available exclusively to members.
Village Gym Ashton, Manchester will also host a HYROX Sim event on 10th November. Tickets will soon be released and are expected to sell out rapidly.
