Data from the Netherlands Statistical Office (CBS, 2024) confirms the country’s continued appeal for highly skilled migrants (HSM). In 2023, the Netherlands attracted 21,500 professionals, showcasing its strong dependence on international expertise to strengthen its workforce.

The Netherlands is actively recruiting highly skilled professionals to address talent shortages through its Highly Skilled Migrant (HSM) program.
