Following unimaginable personal loss, Leeds-based James Peters has turned his life around to become a sought-after personal therapist and CEO coach, now helping others through his business, James Peters Lifestyle. Since launching in May 2022, Peters has attracted clients globally, providing one-to-one coaching to high-achieving professionals struggling with stress, burnout, and emotional challenges.

Peters’ journey of transformation began in 2017, when he faced a series of traumatic events that would have tested anyone’s resilience. He tragically lost both his father and four-year-old son in a short space of time, followed by being wrongfully accused of a crime he did not commit. Confronted with profound grief, Peters rejected traditional recovery methods and embarked on a personal healing journey.

By embracing meditation, taking on physical challenges like ultra-marathons, and engaging in deep self-reflection, Peters found a way to recover and transform his life. He trained as a certified success coach under Jay Shetty, was mentored by personal development figures like Peter Sage and Natasha Graziano, and completed demanding endurance challenges, including Navy SEAL Hell Week and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro twice.

Now, Peters is using the lessons learned from his own experiences to coach others. His six-week programmes, conducted via Zoom, integrate breathwork, meditation, and mindset transformation to help high-level professionals break free from self-destructive cycles and embrace a purposeful life. James explained: “Most of my clients operate in highly stressful environments. They’re trapped in a cycle of burnout, procrastination, and stress. I help them calm their mind, lower cortisol levels, and make better decisions for their future.”

Despite having no previous business experience and entering a competitive industry, Peters’ unique coaching approach is delivering results. His deep connections with clients—many of whom have undergone significant transformations in both their personal and professional lives—have solidified his reputation as a trusted coach in the wellness space.

James added: “I’m passionate about showing people that they can break free from the patterns holding them back. My own journey of healing taught me that true transformation starts from within.”

One of his clients, Jack, shared his gratitude: “Before I started working with James, I was feeling trapped by my past and fearful of the future that was having a negative effect on my family and young son. He gave me the tools and insights that not only helped me in starting my new franchise business, but also being a better father. He helped me find clarity and motivation with empathetic support. He helped me shift from a fixed mindset to one of growth and gratitude.”

Peters’ inspiring journey and professional achievements have caught the attention of major media outlets, with his work featured in Forbes, Success Magazine, and LA Weekly. His book, Unleashing Your Mind’s Potential: Transforming Loss into Triumph and Empowerment, is available on Amazon and offers readers a pathway to overcoming adversity and building resilience.

With clients across the globe, including high-level executives and entrepreneurs, James Peters Lifestyle is fast becoming a trusted resource for those seeking personal and professional breakthroughs. As Peters continues to expand his coaching practice, his story remains a powerful example of resilience, mindset transformation, and the ability to triumph over adversity.
